Meet Eileen
Hello, my name is Eileen Parks and I am a long-time resident of Charles County, Maryland. I am well acquainted with the county’s public school system as both of my children are CCPS alumni and I have served as Education co-Chair and then Education Chair of Charles County NAACP.
The zeal I have for a collective engagement from students, parents, and CCPS staff generates the excitement I have to submit my candidacy to represent District 2 within the Charles County Board of Education.
My advocacy for students and parents extends back to my time serving in regional and international school systems. The “Every Student Matters” philosophy is one that I strongly stand by, recognizing that the successful synergy between supported teachers and flourishing students can contribute to a bright future.
